John Steider
Joint Care Coordinator

John oversees the entire patient experience process as it is delivered across the continuum of care. He serves as the day-to-day lead and supervises the development, implementation, and organization of Touchstone Orthopaedic Care (a service of Fillmore County Hospital). He coordinates efforts between surgeons, hospital administration and staff while tracking the progress of the program and identify areas that need attention and work to always improve processes. He is responsible for all elective joint replacement program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, facilities review, public relations, community and patient education, marketing, coordinating patient events, editing policies, procedures, and materials, and administrative activities.

Specialty Clinic Manager

Peggy helps with scheduling surgery and assisting Linda, RN Surgery Manager with coordinating instrumentation.

Matt Dunagan, RN
Surgery Manager

Matt helps in the operating room. He also assists Peggy, Specialty Clinic Manager, with coordinating instrumentation.

Kristi Kennel
Medical Assistant

Kristi helps with scheduling their patients for clinic visits. She takes patients to their rooms and gets their history before the surgeons visit with the patients.
