Abra Robbins D.O.

Physician

Delivering babies is Dr. Robbins favorite part of her job. She has enjoyed getting to know families in the county and helping them bring their little bundles of joy into the world.

She grew up rural South Africa and attended Union College in Lincoln, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in International Rescue and Relief. During her time at Union, she met her future husband, David.

After graduation she reconnected with David, and they got married in 2012. They moved to Utqiaġvik, Alaska, where she worked as a substance abuse counselor. She attended Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Virginia where she earned her DO degree. She also served as a reserve medical officer in the U.S. Navy for two years. She completed her training at the Lincoln Family Medicine Residency Program in 2023.

David was born and raised in Alaska and graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Walla Walla University in Washington in 2010. He works as a Senior Agricultural Engineer for Setje Agri-Services and Engineering in Raymond, Nebraska.

Abra and David have a two-year-old son and another boy on the way this Spring. They love traveling and spending every minute they can with their favorite toddler.
