Overall wellness starts with your mental health

We know how difficult finding quality, evidence based, integrated mental health therapy can be. This can be even more daunting for rural residents who often do not have the means nor time to drive, sometimes over an hour, to access these foundational staples of mental health treatment. Fillmore County Hospital has had the privilege to be able to provide evidence based mental health therapy to our community and surrounding region since 2011. Individuals are able to access therapy with one of our 11 licensed mental health therapists at Fillmore County Hospital for traditional 1:1 therapy, both on-site as well as virtually through telehealth using a secure HIPPA compliant system, to assess and treat a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, grief and/or loss, divorce, trauma and many other life stressors an individual may be experiencing. We treat individuals across the entire lifespan from 0-100+ years of age. The employment of 11 clinicians has provided FCH with enough depth to allow us to serve the community and region in a unique way, providing services and education that support our mission of prevention and early identification, intervention, and postvention and maintenance of mental wellness.
