Human Resources

I was born and raised in Shickley, NE.  Shortly after graduating and promising myself I’d never come back to the area, I did!  I received my Business Administration and Master of Arts in Management degrees through Doane University.  Close to graduating with my undergraduate degree in 2012, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to “be when I grew up”.  I applied for the front desk job at the new hospital and Paul, our CEO at the time, suggested a different role that led me to Human Resources (and Compliance later on)! 

My husband and I have a his (3), hers (1), and ours (1) family of five children in addition to an English Bulldog and German Shepherd.  Some of my favorite things are to spend time with my family, go to the lake, and binge watch “The Office”. 

My favorite thing about working at FCH are the relationships that I have developed through the years and the difference I get to make in people’s lives. I get a huge sense of pride working for FCH; there are always new and exciting things to learn in a hospital setting and FCH is at the forefront of cutting edge for a “small” Critical Access Hospital.
