Geneva, NE — Fillmore County Hospital is excited to announce the addition of a new Physical Therapist to our growing Rehabilitation Services team. This expansion demonstrates our commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive physical therapy services that help patients recover, regain mobility, and return to the activities they love.
Physical therapy at FCH offers a wide range of services, including aquatic therapy, balance and fall prevention, gait training, functional exercise programs, vestibular training, and post-surgical rehabilitation — all delivered with personalized care and support. Our therapy team works closely with patients to tailor treatment plans that address individual needs and help optimize everyday life.
We are thrilled to welcome Brooklyn Swantek PT, DPT to our team. Her expertise and passion for helping patients achieve their goals will further strengthen the quality of care we provide here.
Brooklyn was born and raised in McCool Junction, NE and graduated from McCool Jct. High School. She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University, where she majored in Business Administration and ran cross country and track. She then went to Rockhurst University in Kansas City and earned a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is certified in Dry Needling levels 1 &2.
After graduation, Brooklyn worked in Wyoming before she and her husband moved back to NE. She finds it rewarding to be able to treat those that helped raise her or who help make our area a better place to live. Outside of work, Brooklyn coaches cross country at McCool Jct. She also enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and running.
The Physical Therapy Department at FCH is equipped to help patients of all ages — from those recovering after surgery or injury to individuals working to overcome chronic conditions.
