I was born in California and raised in Nebraska, and over the years I have fallen in love with rural areas and their residents’ unique joys and challenges. As a therapist, I provide holistic, trauma-informed mental health care, as well as Christian-integrated counseling for those who desire such a focus. I work with teens through older adults. I strongly believe in presence, authenticity, and vulnerability, and I am honored to walk alongside others in their journey to overall wellness.

I have had additional training in EMDR through EMDRIA; Certified Clinical Trauma Professional trainings; treating eating disorders; administering the Addiction Severity Index (ASI); and completing substance abuse assessments for individuals or probation/court.
