Traditional Outpatient Therapy-TOP Traditional Outpatient Therapy is an individualized mental health service provided by a licensed clinical therapist to offer assessment, education, and individualized treatment plans through individual and/or family counseling. 

Medication Management FCH provides medication consultation and management services for children and adolescents.

Trauma Informed Services We are aware of the complex impact of trauma on a person’s wellbeing. A variety of our therapists have received trainings and experience to integrate a thorough knowledge of evidence supported approaches to treatment, including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Solution Based Recovery is a program designed to evaluate, diagnose and treat problematic substance use or other problematic behaviors that have negatively impacted people lives.  This program recognizes that addiction can come in many forms and affect individual and families in many different ways.  This program includes court approved alcohol and drug evaluations for adults and juveniles, individual therapy, family therapy and access to agency hosted Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).  Therapy focuses on finding solutions and motivation to recover from addiction and/or problematic behaviors in a non-judgmental environment.

QPR
QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. QPR is the most widely taught Gatekeeper training in the world. Components of the training include How to Question, Persuade and Refer someone who may be suicidal, How to get help for yourself or learn more about preventing suicide, The common causes of suicidal behavior, The warning signs of suicide, and How to get help for someone in crisis.

Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) are courses for adults who are interested in gaining the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

Caregiver Support
This group provides an opportunity for supportive sharing, educational programming from local resource agencies, and social activities. The group meetings are facilitated by a licensed therapist. The group is open to all people who are caring for someone in their home, or indirect care to someone living outside of the home, in a group or foster home, care facility, assisted living center, or residential treatment center.

Still Going Still Growing
This group is open to all prior members of our Senior Behavioral Health Treatment Programs. This provides an opportunity to check in with one another, maintain support for each other, and continue work on ongoing relapse prevention and resiliency. They are able to enjoy each other’s company while enjoying refreshments and stories about the successes and challenges of maintaining good mental health.

Senior Connections
Participation in Senior Connections provides an inclusive, accepting, knowledgeable, and supportive environment where elders in our rural community establish relevant connections with peers, friends and family through enhancing their confidence with technology, educating them about logistical issues related to older adulthood, and increasing feelings of personal worth and purpose through engagement in meaningful leisure activities.

Each service provided by FCH BH has its own unique set of criteria and guidelines for effective treatment. Our therapists are trained to help assess your needs and provide clinical recommendations appropriate for every individual situation.
