Medical Records

Your medical record is kept in Health Information. These records are retained in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and are not released without the patient’s written consent, except as required by law. Please allow 7-10 business days for the process of your record request. You may pick up your records between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays. Any STAT requests made after 4:00 p.m. will be taken care of on the following business day.  There may also be charge for the cost of copying medical records.
